International Trade & Export Seminar Series
Wednesday 29th July, 2009
One Fleet Place
London, United Kingdom

The next seminar series starts on Wednesday 29 July, and is titled "Does Brazil need to restore confidence in its legal system in relation to financing the soft commodity sector?" A panel comprising of Nick Grandage of Denton Wilde Sapte, Celso Contin of Ramos e Zuanon, the well known Brazilian law firm, and an experienced banker will look at this question and give some pointers.
We have also noted that it is the voting season for various awards in the trade finance industry. We also understand that voting is still open at Trade & Forfaiting Review. This publication has many categories of award, not least of which is the award for Best Law Firm in Trade Finance. If you have not yet registered your votes, there is still time to do so. The working deadline for Trade & Forfaiting Review is Friday 26 June.
We believe voting may be a little slow in the legal awards sections so it would be good if your votes were registered in good time.
You also should have received your invitation to our annual trade & export finance party, which is being held on Thursday 2 July at
