Event Review

GTR held its annual awards dinner at The Landmark Hotel in London on April 14. 

The dinner incorporated the GTR Leaders in Trade Awards 2010 as well as the Best Deals 2010. 

The black-tie event attracted over 250 people from the world of export, trade and commodity finance. It provided an ideal opportunity for the market to reflect on achievements of the past year, as well as to network and catch up with friends and acquaintances from the market.

One of the highlights of the evening was the after-dinner speech given by Gyles Brandreth, a well-known broadcaster, entertainer and former government minister.

It is only the second awards dinner held by GTR, and already has established itself as a must-attend event in the trade finance social calendar.
